ON IT Projects has strong hands-on knowledge and experience in developing and managing from start to completion of commercial, industrial and residential multiunit building projects. Our team has over 100 years of combined design & construction management experience offering turnkey projects on a cost plus basis which allows transparency for the owner and builder to work together to keep the project on budget. ON IT Projects has a strong belief in contributing and supporting the local business communities we partner with. In addition to our core staff and sub trades, we ask that community leadership members provide us access to a list of qualified employable or contractable community members to hire from before considering workers from outside the local community.
We work with our clients and have weekly meetings initially to create momentum in the decision-making process. ON IT projects has expertise in taking older buildings and providing major makeovers. We also are able to take new ideas from concept to completion. Our supply chain network is broad and available to our clients. We have some of the best buying power in the construction industry due to our many years developing procurement contacts with various suppliers.
Our Consultant Network is very knowledgeable with proven track record in Business Consulting Services, grants applications and other funding source applications. Combined our project consultants have successfully delivered over $200 Million in grants, funding and Tier I bank funding for First Nations and Metis building projects.
Brad Hamilton

Brad is a Construction Project Management Professional and CEO of ON IT Projects with 35 years of business management experience. He is a trained master carpenter with proven ability to lead project design in new construction and renovation projects across multiple industries.
When he's not on a project you can find Brad on the fairway, hiking and performing as a musician at local and regional live music venues.

Travis brings over 14 years of experience leading complex projects across multiple industries. With a strong background in business operations and strategic planning, Travis is focused on delivering construction solutions that are clear, collaborative, and community-driven.
Travis brings a fresh, adaptable mindset to every project. He’s committed to building strong relationships, clear communication, and practical, forward-thinking results.
When he's not working with clients or on-site, you’ll find Travis exploring the outdoors spending time with his family, or digging into a new business idea.
